Who we are
Aranha Studio is a web design studio. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What data we process
When you email us, we receive your address, your name and whatever you write. We use this only to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. Visitor statistics are aggregated, use no cookies and don't identify anyone.
Legal basis and retention
We process data to answer your enquiry and take steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and in our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
We keep emails for as long as the conversation or agreed work requires. If we don't end up working together, we delete your data within two years at most, or sooner if you ask.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or hand over data to third parties. We use providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare for hosting and statistics, and Zoho for email, with data stored in the European Union. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or request portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
